60 minutes a day

I am surprised that you guys even found my blog...Thanks for all the supportive comments. So far so good. I am making the boys play outside with me right when I get home...I am taking the play 60 a day from the NFL and putting it to the test. The boys got a new Wii game today and I told them they couldn't play it til they rode their bike or something...we ended up playing soccor for exactly one hour before they asked what time it was...they were gone as soon as the 60 minutes were up. We had fun though.
